I rec...If you ask my Dad he would say I do to much. I recycle everything and only throw out excess food. which is rare because I make exactly what we will eat for that meal. I have even changed all the light bulbs to the energy wise ones. And we limit our gas intake. If we can get there by walking, we do. We also bring our own bags when we shop at any place. And we by all energy star electronics. In the end all that I and my family do is good for us and mother earth.
