Good Monday Morning! Davinie here.
365, Project 12, a Year to Remember, whatever you want to call it, there are a lot of ideas and challenges around the web to document your year.
I am also hosting such a challenge. Taking a photo every day is too much of a commitment for me, but I liked the idea of documenting a period of time in our lives, so I decided to make it easier on myself and do a 12 month challenge.
Whether you took 1 photo, 100 photos, or no photos in January, this challenge will still work for you. That's the best part.
What did you do in January? Were you on a 2008 hangover and just plowed through the month with the same old routine? Did you go on a trip, go to a birthday party, go out to dinner, see a great movie, read a good book, or were you reunited with a TV show that's been gone for several months, lol?
Whatever you did in January, document it in a layout.
Because I can be a procrastinator, my word for 2009 is Organize, after all, I'm going to give you until the 20th of this month to do a layout. All you have to do is link your layout to this thread. I'll then draw a name for an SC add-on.
The add-on I want to give away is the Footnotes add-on from the Bibliography kit. I've seen a lot of great projects with that add-on, and I'll share those and a couple more later in the week to entice you.
Even better, I'm also hosting this challenge on my blog, so if you link your layouts there as well, you will have two chances to win, as I'm also giving away a prize.
Easy enough, right?
The best part is that you can scrap photos that you may have already scrapped, so this challenge will work for those who are already caught up as well.
I hope you'll join me!
Have a great Monday! Davinie
