This week's sketch is based on a layout by Jenn Olson from the Granny's Cupboard gallery. Jenn used lots of scraps (perfect for using up old kits, by the way), cut them into strips and arranged them along the left side of the layout. The title is prominent, directly next to a 4x6" photo with plenty of room to journal underneath.
If you've never tried before to mist with a lighter color on a darker, this would be a good week to try it.
Silver Plated works great of dark cardstock, just keep spraying till you get the look you want.
Now it's your turn! Take this sketch, copy it exactly, or make it your own, then link it to this post. 2 winners will be chosen a week from today, 6/13 to win a $5 gift card to Studio Calico.
Have fun!
Great! Nice way to use all those little strips...
