My favorite Thanksgiving dish is the pumpkin pie- can't decide which is better, though...the pie or the whipped topping on the pie!

My favorite dish is the sweet potato casserole but that turkey hash I make a couple days later from leftovers is pretty yummy too!

I have to have dressing! Preferably with enough leftovers to last at least a week.

Well since I am just a walking "carb" I would have to say the crust of the pumpkin pie :) Thanksgiving is the only day that I indulge in this but I'll take it from anyones plate if they're not careful! My hubby knows to just save his crust for me. What a guy!

Anonymous said...

My favorite dish is my Gran's dumplings. She is no longer with us, but my mom tries and tries every year to perfect the recipe. It's close to Gran's but not quite there. It must have been her extra touch of love she put in there for her family. My mom does make the best pumpkin pie on Earth, though!

Definitely pumpkin pie with whipped cream!
